The Franklin County Literacy Council (FCLC) is a non-profit organization located in Chambersburg, PA affiliated with Lincoln Intermediate Unit 12. The council advocates literacy in the community by providing tutoring in basic reading, math, and computer skills for adults. They also offer employability training, GED classes and one-on-one tutoring, and even English as a Second Language (ESL) training.
